Eggs & flour and so much more........There's something magical about starting with these basic ingredients and ending with a beautiful sugar creation. I've been fascinated with baking since I was a little girl - you could say it's been a lifelong obsession!
My love of baking and creating beautiful cakes has grown and evolved over the years. As a young girl, I baked for family gatherings. As a young mother, I baked fun and creative birthday cakes for my three children - Melanie, Matthew and Amanda. Along my life's journey, I baked wedding cakes for friends and family. It seems I have been baking delectable treats all my life!
In 2006, my husband Ron and I decided to follow our dream to design and create beautiful, artistically designed wedding cakes and Classy Cakes was introduced. It's been a true partnership and our immediate success is a testament of our commitment to our home-based business. The products and services offered by Classy Cakes all represent projects of love.
Many of my skills have been developed through years of practice, research and trial and error. I have also taken various decorating courses to enhance my skills and I am continuously learning and applying new techniques in order to offer my customers current styles and fashions. We have found that designing our wedding cakes is a wonderful outlet in expression.
